The Precinct Project Assistant is free, can be re-distributed, and requires no other software on your computer

than a Microsoft Windows Operating System.  No installation program is required. 

Download the link below, unzip all files in the folder (right click on the downloaded folder,

then select "Extract All...") in the folder into a new folder on your computer.  The program

 starts when you run the unzipped application file named "Precinct Project Assistant.exe".

Note to VISTA and WINDOWS 7 users:  Do **not** locate the unzipped files

in the "Program Files" section of your computer.  A desktop folder works fine.
